This Privacy Policy explains how Ennkar, Inc. (“Ennkar,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, and shares personal information through our website, communications, and SMS messaging program.

We may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us or that is needed to deliver our services. This may include:

SMS opt-in and phone numbers collected for SMS communication purposes will not be shared with any third party and affiliates for marketing purposes.

5. SMS Terms & Conditions
SMS Consent Communication
Phone numbers obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with any third party and affiliates for marketing purposes.
Types of SMS Communications: If you have consented to receive text messages from Ennkar, Inc., you may receive conversational messages, customer care messages, account notifications, loan updates, appointment reminders, follow-ups, and marketing messages.
Example: “Hello, this is Ennkar, Inc. following up regarding your loan inquiry. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messaging at any time.”
Message Frequency: Message frequency may vary. You may receive up to 5 SMS messages per week depending on your interaction with us.
Potential Fees:Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier’s pricing plan.
Opt-In Method: You may opt in to receive SMS messages verbally during a phone call with an Ennkar, Inc. representative.
Opt-Out Method: You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message you receive. You may also contact us directly to be removed from our messaging list.

6. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure.
The following section applies specifically to the Ennkar Connect mobile application (Android and iOS, package com.ennkar.app) for retirement mortgage tools and reverse mortgage pricing estimates. It supplements the general policy above for website, phone, and SMS.

Information we collect in the app
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and role (Consumer, Loan Officer, or Broker). When you submit a lead inquiry, we may also collect your phone number and notes. Calculation inputs (such as home value, loan balances, and borrower age) are sent to our servers to generate estimates and are stored with your account. We do not collect credit scores, Social Security numbers, or FCRA-covered data.
How we use app information
- Provide reverse mortgage pricing estimates
- Connect you with licensed Ennkar representatives when you request contact
- Send transactional messages (e.g. verification codes) when you consent to SMS
- Send optional educational or promotional content if you separately opt in
- Comply with applicable law
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information for third-party marketing.
Interest rate information (FRED)
Pricing uses the FRED® DGS10 index synced to our servers plus configured lender margins. The observation date and source appear on each result. The index may lag the latest market publish. You can verify current values at FRED DGS10.
Retention (app)
Profile and calculation history are kept while your account is active and removed when you delete your account. Lead submissions may be retained for periods required by mortgage recordkeeping law. Operational audit logs are kept for approximately 90 days and do not contain personally identifiable information.
Third-party services (app)
- Supabase — authentication, storage, and serverless functions
- Expo / EAS — app delivery and updates
- Twilio Verify — phone verification when you use SMS contact
Each provider has its own privacy policy. We do not share your data with them for their marketing.
Account Deletion (Ennkar Connect)
You may delete your account at any time in the app: Settings → Delete Account (two-step confirmation). Deletion is immediate and permanent for your profile, calculation history, and linked app data, subject to legal retention described below.
Lead submissions may be retained for periods required by mortgage recordkeeping regulations, even after account deletion, as disclosed in the app confirmation dialog.
Delete Your Data Without Deleting Your Account
You may request deletion or correction of specific personal data while keeping your account. Email privacy@ennkar.com from your registered address and describe what to delete (e.g. calculation history, phone number, or a specific lead).
Children’s Privacy (App)
The Ennkar Connect app is not directed at users under 18. Contact privacy@ennkar.com if you believe a child provided personal information.
7. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your state or applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what we collect and to opt out of sale (we do not sell personal information).
